The VS-W50-250 Partial Discharge Free AC Withstand Voltage Test System is specifically designed to meet the increasing demand for high-voltage insulation testing and ultra-low partial discharge measurements in modern power systems. Compared with traditional oil-immersed test transformers, the system utilizes SF6 gas insulation technology, eliminating oil contamination risks while significantly reducing equipment weight by 20% to 60%.

The system achieves an overall partial discharge level of ≤5pC, while the SF6 test transformer itself maintains a partial discharge level of ≤3pC at rated voltage. These outstanding insulation characteristics make the equipment particularly suitable for partial discharge testing, factory acceptance testing, insulation verification, and high-voltage research applications.

The complete system consists of an SF6 gas-insulated test transformer, coupling capacitor, high-voltage current limiting reactor, low-voltage compensation reactor, isolation transformer, and fully automatic control console. By utilizing low-voltage compensation technology, source-side current consumption can be reduced by up to 60%, significantly improving testing efficiency and reducing power requirements.

The intelligent control system features a 7-inch color touchscreen interface supporting both automatic and manual test modes. The system generates a stable power-frequency high voltage through the SF6 gas-insulated test transformer.
