VS-ZGF200-5 DC High Voltage Generator is developed in accordance with DL/T848.1-2004 standards and is widely used by power utilities, substations, industrial plants, transformer manufacturers, cable manufacturers, and testing laboratories. As a reliable 200kV DC High Voltage Generator, it provides stable DC high-voltage output for various insulation testing applications and can be integrated into professional High Voltage Test Equipment solutions.
The system utilizes advanced PWM pulse-width modulation technology and high-power IGBT switching devices to generate stable high-voltage DC output. The high-frequency voltage multiplication design significantly reduces equipment size and weight while improving overall efficiency and output stability.
The equipment consists of a lightweight control unit and a separate high-voltage multiplier tower. The compact design allows convenient transportation and field deployment while maintaining excellent electrical performance. Combined with a professional DC High Voltage Tester system, it meets the requirements of efficient and accurate DC withstand voltage testing in different working environments.
A digital display continuously monitors output voltage and current during testing. The built-in 0.75UDC1mA function enables quick and accurate testing of zinc oxide surge arresters. How the System Works
The VS-ZGF200-5 converts AC input power into high-frequency voltage through PWM-controlled IGBT switching technology. The high-frequency voltage is then stepped up and rectified by the multiplier tower to generate stable DC high voltage output.
The digital control system continuously monitors output voltage and current during testing. When testing zinc oxide surge arresters, the dedicated 0.75UDC1mA function allows rapid and accurate measurement of reference voltage and leakage current values.
