The VS-CLXZ135-108 Variable Frequency Series Resonance Test System is a professional high-voltage testing solution developed for power utilities, electrical contractors, transformer manufacturers, substations, industrial facilities, and testing laboratories. By utilizing the principle of series resonance, the system generates high test voltages with minimal input power, significantly reducing power consumption while maintaining excellent voltage stability and testing accuracy.
The complete system consists of a variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer, four high-voltage reactors, a capacitive voltage divider, compensation capacitor, and connecting cables. Through flexible series and parallel combinations of the reactors, the system can be configured to accommodate different test objects, including long-distance power cables, power transformers, switchgear, and instrument transformers.
The intelligent variable frequency controller automatically searches for the resonance point and maintains stable operation throughout the testing process. The system supports automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operating modes, allowing users to perform testing efficiently under various field conditions. How the System Works
The Variable Frequency Series Resonance Test System generates an adjustable frequency output through the variable frequency power supply and excitation transformer. By changing the operating frequency, the inductive reactance of the high-voltage reactors matches the capacitive reactance of the test object, creating a series resonance condition.
