The VS-ZGF300-5 DC High Voltage Generator is a new-generation intelligent DC high-voltage testing device developed for modern power system maintenance, commissioning, and insulation assessment. The system combines advanced PWM regulation technology with high-frequency voltage multiplication circuits to achieve excellent voltage stability, low ripple output, and compact structure.
The equipment consists of an intelligent control unit, high-voltage multiplier tower, fully shielded optical fiber microammeter, discharge rod, and complete testing accessories. The split-type design significantly reduces transportation weight while maintaining outstanding insulation performance and operational reliability.
A large dot-matrix LCD display with rotary encoder control provides intuitive human-machine interaction. Operators can select manual testing mode, automatic testing mode, or fully automatic MOA testing mode according to different testing requirements. Automatic voltage ramping, automatic voltage holding, automatic timing, and automatic voltage reduction functions greatly improve testing efficiency and consistency.
The built-in data storage system automatically records test parameters and results for future review and reporting. An optional RS232 communication interface enables remote control and data management through a PC-based software platform.
The integrated optical fiber microammeter utilizes electromagnetic shielding and Faraday cage technology to achieve highly accurate leakage current measurements directly at the high-voltage side while minimizing external interference. Multiple protection functions ensure safe operation under demanding field conditions.

How the System Works
The VS-ZGF300-5 converts AC power into high-frequency voltage through PWM-controlled switching technology. The voltage is then stepped up and rectified by the high-voltage multiplier tower to generate a stable DC high-voltage output.
During testing, the intelligent controller continuously monitors voltage and current parameters while providing automatic protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, flashover, and abnormal operating conditions. The optical fiber microammeter measures leakage current directly at the high-voltage side and transmits the data to the control unit for accurate analysis.
